Born and raised in New York, Wendy has been in the legal and real estate fields for a combined 20 plus years. Wendy obtained her law degree in 2012 and is well versed in Family Law. Wendy works along side her husband, Glenn Dormer at Keller Williams Worldclass in Westlake Village and brings significant contributions to The Dormer Group with her combined expertise in family law and real estate. In addition to working with sellers and buyers in standard real estate transactions, Wendy is a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist. She can effectively help couples in transition needing to buy or sell a home as the result of a Divorce. She knows how difficult the transition can be for couples and with her knowledge of the process and empathy for her clients she is able to keep everyone informed and calm through the process. She often works as a liaison between the attorneys and the clients to get the job done.

Born in New York, Stella travelled extensively with her family and lived in many countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, London and is fluent in mandarin and cantonese. She moved to Southern California in 2004 and earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University Fullerton. Stella started in the industry as a real estate assistant in 2016 and has worked for large brokerages, including Sotheby’s, and Keller Williams.
